1. Delivery
The delivery of goods is made to the address provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Provider

4. Partial Deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

5. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed and the goods are returned to us, the customer shall bear the cost of re-shipping.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the customer is requested to report such defects immediately to the delivery carrier and contact us without delay.

Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no effect on the customer’s statutory warranty rights.
